Hotel was fairly clean, really helpful and genuinely helpful staff.

The convenient and unbeatable location was near Charging Bull Sculpture. We got a room with bathtubs. Spent here 7 nice sunny days and would stay here again.

There were an air conditioning and closet space in the room, truly enjoyed that. The bed was extremely comfy, had fairly clean bathroom.

They even held onto my bags after check-out, allowing me to freely roam the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was jaw-dropping, and the modern and comfortable rooms exceeded my expectations. I loved the free Wi-Fi and the flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing. The 24-hour reception and security provided a sense of safety, and the fitness centre was a bonus for those wanting to stay active. The express check-in/-out made the whole process seamless, and the wheelchair accessibility showed their commitment to inclusivity. Pets were allowed too, which is a rare find in hotels. I cannot recommend this place enough. It truly made my trip unforgettable.

We had a fantastic stay at this venue! The location in the financial district was ideal for us, as it was very close to the ferry that goes to the Governor Island. Additionally, it was conveniently located near the metro, making it easy for us to explore the city. The service from the housekeeping staff was impeccable - our room was always clean and well-maintained. We were also delighted to receive a welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities, including ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning, ensured that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. the hotel provided us with a great experience.

All the staff was helpful and very very helpful and greeted us warmly. We got well-designed and reasonably large a double room with a beautiful view as an upgrade, nice gesture.
